Getting Our Sew On
It has been exciting this week to see our clothing projects coming to our close. It has great to see all the problem solving and creative thinking going on as our creations are being realised.

Netball
This week was our first netball game of the season. We won!!! It was exciting to be there to watch and support form the sideline. Super proud teacher, we played together really well as a team and we're doing some awesome passing. Thanks for being an awesome coach Liz :)

We are learning to skip count in 2's
Today Asher and Lucas had made a snail out of the counting beans. I wandered over with the question "What maths learning goal are you working on here?" They were able to tell me they were practicing skip counting in twos, they were counting in 2's using the blue beans. Love creative learning opportunities like this that happen in LC2. Nice one Asher and Lucas!!!

Moments of wonder in LC2
Often as a teacher you look up from the madness and see moments of wonder. This photo captures one of those moments in LC2. Connor is working on writing, Leila is working on a reading activity and Gordon is working on Studyladder. This captures a moment that reflects what we're all about and how learning works in Learning Common 2. Happy teacher and learner moment :)
