What Is Diversity?

This week during our Learning Advisory time we started exploring the concept of diversity. It was quite clear that while some may have heard the word before, most of us did not know what it meant. To explore this concept, we started thinking about ourselves first by identifying everything that makes us special and unique.

We have also been looking at your responses from the survey we sent out over the holidays, and used a word cloud to identify which qualities were the most important within our common (the larger the word, the more often it was given as a response).
