We are learning to skip count in 2's

Today Asher and Lucas had made a snail out of the counting beans. I wandered over with the question "What maths learning goal are you working on here?" They were able to tell me they were practicing skip counting in twos, they were counting in 2's using the blue beans. Love creative learning opportunities like this that happen in LC2. Nice one Asher and Lucas!!!

Moments of wonder in LC2

Often as a teacher you look up from the madness and see moments of wonder. This photo captures one of those moments in LC2.
